District Board of Directors' Special Meeting

December 21, 2000

I.  MEETING CALLED TO ORDER: 1:45 P.M.

    A.  Present:

         David Sturges - Chairman     Debra Kelley - Secretary

         Robert Thompson - Co-Chair   David Wilson - Manager

         Fred Croscut - Director     Leon Beightol - Treasurer

         Robert Anderson - Director   Richard Alexander - Director of IDA

II. MEETING OBJECTIVE: To Discuss the Chautauqua County Soil & Water Conservation District Budget.

III. BUDGET:

Discussion was held between Richard Alexander and District Board Members regarding the 2% increase in the District Budget and the possibility of having it funded. Richard Alexander expressed that he is willing to fund the increase if he has a surplus carry over from 2000. He will have this answer by the end of December 2000 and will let Fred Croscut or Bob Anderson know the results.

IV. Adjourned: Motion By Croscut seconded by Beightol to adjourn at 2:45P.M. Carried!
