District Board of Directors' Special Meeting

I.  MEETING CALLED TO ORDER: 1:00 P.M.

    A.  Present:

         David Sturges - Chairman     Debra Kelley - Secretary

         Robert Thompson - Co-Chair   David Wilson - Manager

         Fred Croscut - Director  

         Robert Anderson - Director   Leon Beightol - Treasurer

II. MEETING OBJECTIVE: To open bides for Hydro Seeder.

III. Bid Opening:

Bids were open and reviewed by the Board of Directors. Bids were turner over to the District Field Manager for review and to make recommendations.

IV. Adjourned: Motion By Beightol seconded by Thompson to adjourn at 1:30P.M. Carried!
